This page offers help and answers frequently asked questions about the public site. On registering as a member and logging in, a further help menu will appear that describes how to access member specific content and features. Committee members will be offered a further help menu regarding features they are able to use on logging in using their Committee specific login.

All visitors are welcome to browse our website. You can view the various pages about ITCA (GBR), the news and read about Topper sailing. You can also view the Classified section (but only Members are able to place advertisements), the Calendar (which can be filtered by national and regional events), Events and Results.

You can search for anything of interest using the Search box on the right. This will allow you to search across the whole site or by category (including Calendar entries) and all results found will be presented by category.

Paid up ITCA (GBR) Members can access further pages and range of features. To register you first need your ITCA (GBR) membership number. Then go to the Signup box on the left hand side of the screen and follow the instructions. You MUST use your ITCA (GBR) membership number to register and login to the members area. Any other login names will be removed. On confirming your registration and then logging in, further menus will be available to you and features such as posting news and classified ads.

If you are not a member (or are a member and do not wish to login and create your own advertisement) and would like to advertise boats, equipment or clothing on the site, then send an e-mail to [email protected] with details of what you want to sell, your contact details and a photograph (if you have one), then if the advertisement is appropriate it will be loaded by the webmaster on your behalf.

The Topper forum is still the previous one and so access to that area is via your existing forum login. If you wish to use the forum, then for the time being you will need to register with a forum specific login. Follow the instructions in the forum area.

If you want to keep up with the latest Topper news, you can use our RSS Feeds. These are on the left of the screen just below the Fixtures/Results menu box. If you are in the News page you can subscribe to the RSS News feed to receive the news stories as they are posted. If you go to the Downloads page you can also subscribe to the RSS Downloads feed and this will alert of any new downloads that are loaded onto the website. Most recent e-mail clients on a variety of platforms have the ability to aggregate RSS feeds. There are three formats to choose from for Topper News - RSS1 will feed headlines, RSS2 the full story including any photos and there is also RDF format and ATOM format. You will need to choose the one best suited to your needs and RSS reader / aggregator. The Classified Ads section has its own RSS feeds - go to Classified Ads and then subscribe using the appropriate RSS feed at the foot of that page.
